Westin Hapuna Beach is one of the Big Island’s most popular beaches for a Big Island holiday family photographer. The beach adjacent to the property is one of the biggest on the island. Moreover, the light here is almost always perfect for those stunning sunset sessions! It is not a wonder that many come here for many reasons, besides photography! After a very slow season, it has truly been such a joy to slowly photograph families again with socially distant sessions on the Big Island. On this sunny slightly windy afternoon, I met this lovely family at the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort for a sunset session. After having their trip cancelled and rescheduled for a third time, they finally made it safely to the island. I was the lucky one to have documented this part of their trip!
