I truly enjoy capturing clients here for their Hilton Waikoloa Village Family Vacation. Tawni of Barefoot Child Photography is a new neighbor and photographer on the Big Island. I always have such a great time capturing moments for other photographers! To be honest, I used to be so intimated and nervous but honestly, some of them turned out to be one of my favorite sessions. The kids are used to the camera and have much more patience for my craziness! LOL! Also, my little one just found new playmates 🙂 Win-win!
We shot at a usual favorite location perfect for a Hilton Waikoloa Village Family Vacation!! This hotel is one of my kid’s favorites on the whole island. There are a few options to have your family session on or near the property. The beach lagoon within the hotel is strictly for hotel guests only. Honestly, it is not ideal for a session because it is usually pretty busy. The coast on the other side of the lagoon is a much better location. If you are up for a short hike, I prefer shooting at the Anaehoomalu Point. It has lava rocks and fields, a few tiny white sandy beach pools, and these gorgeous white rocks. The contrast between the blue ocean, the black lava rocks, and the white sand and rocks is just so beautiful here!
This location is ideal for families all families and couples! You might be among the lucky ones and get a honu visit on your shoot here!
