In 2016, a wedding fell on my lap. Honestly, half of me wanted to say no. I was not a Big Island wedding photographer, I have never shot a wedding before! The thought of shooting a wedding at the time was terrifying! But I said yes and then spent almost ten weeks immersing myself in wedding-related photography classes to prepare for that wedding. I bought extra equipment. I was a nervous wreck but the day turned out amazing and I was forever hooked.
So in the middle of 2018, I decided to start focusing on weddings and grow the wedding part of my business. And here I am finishing 2019 shooting so many amazing weddings and elopements and many many engagements and couples sessions. Check them out below!
I shot at so many new places and venues and captured many elopements and so many moments at sunset! Words can’t express how grateful I am to all the couples who trusted me and gave me that once in a lifetime privilege to capture moments they can treasure for years to come! I am definitely excited to 2020, it is going to be a big year for weddings and elopements 🤗
